Returns Policy - MM Hand Made Soaps
At MM Hand Made Soaps, we pride ourselves on the handcrafted quality of our natural products. Due to the nature of our soaps and for reasons of hygiene and public health, our returns policy is as follows: 1. Return Conditions Unwanted Products: Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging will be accepted for return. Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Exceptions: Returns are not accepted on custom orders or sale/clearance items. 2. Return Shipping Costs Customer Responsibility: Except in cases of error on our part or defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Recommendation: We suggest using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned package.
3. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a product damaged during shipping or with a manufacturing defect: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Attach photos of the product and packaging to [Your Contact Email]. In this case, MM Hand Made Soaps will cover the costs of replacement or a full refund. 4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Product Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may prefer a different fragrance or type of soap.
Facebook Conditions: Exchanges are only permitted if the original product is unopened and in its original packaging.
Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned product and the new one.
Price Difference: If the new product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference before shipping. If it is less expensive, we will issue you a credit voucher for your next purchase.
